“Our website no longer reflected our brand”
Bills Coach Hire are a company who are continuously modernising. With several high-end, state-of-the-art new additions to their fleet, it was time they re-developed their website to accurately reflect that they are a modern company.
As their brand and reputation for quality and luxury continues to grow in the home counties area, they wanted to be able to showcase their range of services available with a slick, modern web design.
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
We took the Bills Coach Hire website to the next level.
Sending the right kind of message was paramount to the success of this project. We needed to communicate high-quality and luxury, whilst at the same time retaining a personal family-feel. We created a significant amount of custom photography with which to populate the website, and built a new “meet the team” page which allows users to get to virtually meet the people behind the business.
Our UX team produced an entirely new sitemap and user journey for the website, which made it quick and easy to navigate and intuitive to use.

The Bill’s Coach Hire website needed a lot of work integrating a custom booking system, allowing customers to request quotes and book onto tours with ease.

As part of the project planning process, our UX designers had the extensive collaboration with Bill’s Coach Hire to ensure that the user journey matched the goal of the site and that nothing was taken for granted.
We continue to work closely with Bill’s on the creation of new functionality and improvements for the website, as well as advising on content population & SEO. The new website has been very well received by both staff and customers, and the team are delighted to finally have a website they can truly be proud of.
